1. In all circumstances, the service fee and visa application fees are non-refundable. The full amount is non-refundable, even in the event that the visa application is denied.
2. We have no control over immigration officials’ decisions to approve or reject visa applications or how long they take to process them.
3. The processing of visa applications may take longer than usual; this is entirely dependent on immigration.
4. On an individual basis, Immigration/theglobalvisa.in may request more documentation.
5. The prices listed are accurate as of the time of writing, but they could change at any time.
6. Processing of visa applications won’t begin until all necessary paperwork has been verified and money has been received in full.
7. It is not possible to work in the destination country with a visa issued for a visit, business, transit, or tourism occupation.
8. Theglobalvisa.in disclaims any responsibility for the delay or rejection of visa applications by immigration authorities and retains the right to reject applications at its own discretion.
9. If the destination country levies any fees, the traveler or client will be responsible for paying the entire penalty amount.
10. The applicant is responsible for covering any additional costs, such as document courier, photo development, attestation, etc.
